The Privacy Policy explains what personal information this website collects, why it is needed, who is allowed to see it, and the rights you have over it. It is not the rulebook for bookings, fees, or how a session is delivered. Those rules are the Terms & Conditions.

Sir Ryan Paul Spiteri MBA, based in Malta, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Write to contact@ryanpaulspiteri.com or call +356 7969 7969. This notice explains what is collected, why, and the rule that it is not disclosed for anyone else's use.
What is collected
Your name, email address, and telephone number when you book or create an account. A profile photo, if you choose to add one.
Your account email and a protected password. The password is stored in a form that cannot be read back.
The service you request, the date and time, whether you booked as a guest or with an account, and any note added when a request is approved or declined.
Emails sent to you and to Ryan about that booking.
Visit information: the pages you open, the site you came from, an approximate place (country and city, when your connection provides it), and a short guest code. If you are signed in, the visit can be linked to your email. Ryan sees this only inside Studio. The public view counter is a total. It does not name you.
If Google Calendar is connected, the time of an approved session may be written to Ryan's calendar.
Why it is used
To reply to you, hold and approve bookings, provide the service you asked for, send confirmation emails, keep an account you chose to create, see which pages are used, and meet a legal duty where one applies.
The legal reasons are the steps you asked for before a contract, the contract for a session, the legitimate interest in running and protecting the site, and a legal obligation. Your data is not used for advertising.
No disclosure
Personal data is not sold, rented, or passed to advertisers or other businesses for their own marketing. It is not disclosed to the public.
It is seen by Ryan and by the editor appointed to help run the site. Companies that host the website, send email, or provide the calendar may process it only so those tools can work, and only on instruction. It is disclosed if a court or a public authority in Malta or the European Union lawfully requires it, or if you ask for it to be shared.
How long it is kept
Account and booking details are kept while the account is open, while a session is being arranged or delivered, and for as long as tax or legal duties require. You may ask for an account, or a guest booking, to be deleted when the law allows. Visit records are kept so the studio statistics remain useful, and can be removed on a reasonable request.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act of Malta (Chapter 586), you may ask to see your data, correct it, erase it, limit it, or object to its use, and you may ask for a copy. Email contact@ryanpaulspiteri.com. You may also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
Where it is kept
The site is operated from Malta, in the European Union. If a tool used to run the site stores data outside the Union, that transfer is made only with a safeguard the law accepts.
Children
The site is for adults and for organisations booking professional services. It is not aimed at children.
