The Terms & Conditions are the rules for using this website and for booking work with Ryan. They explain the services, how a request is approved, fees, cancellations, and which law applies. They do not describe how your personal information is collected or shared. That is the Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to the website of Sir Ryan Paul Spiteri MBA and to any session, workshop, or talk booked through it. The site is operated from Malta (Europe). You can write to contact@ryanpaulspiteri.com or call +356 7969 7969.
Who these terms cover
By using the site, creating an account, or requesting a session, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you book for a company, you confirm that you may do so for that company.
The services
Ryan offers mindset mentoring, performance mentoring, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), customer experience consultancy, training, and motivational speaking. Work may be on-site or remote. A booking is a request only. It stays tentative until Ryan approves it. Approval, a change, or a decline is sent by email.
What this work is not
Mentoring and training are for personal and professional development. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, or a promise of a particular result. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Accounts and guest bookings
You may book as a guest or create an account. Give a real name, a working email address, and a telephone number if one is asked for. Keep your password private. Ryan, or the editor who helps run the site, may close an account that is misused.
Fees
Prices are in euro unless a service says the fee is on request, or a discount is shown. Nothing is confirmed until Ryan approves the booking. Payment is agreed with you directly. Card numbers are not stored on this website.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to move or cancel a request, email contact@ryanpaulspiteri.com as soon as you can. Ryan may decline or reschedule. Any fee already agreed is handled as confirmed to you in writing.
The website
The words, photographs, and logo belong to Sir Ryan Paul Spiteri unless a credit says otherwise. You may read the site for your own use. You may not copy it for a commercial purpose without written permission.
Liability
The site is offered in good faith. Ryan is not liable for loss caused by a short failure of the site, a missed email, or a decision you take after a session, except where the law of Malta or the European Union does not allow that limit.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and by European Union law where it applies. The courts of Malta have jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have as a consumer under EU law.
